PESCO invites sealed tenders for the disposal of the following materials on an “as-is, where-is” basis.

• Tender Submission Date: October 16, 2025, up to 10:30 a.m.

• Tender Opening Date & Time: October 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m.

• Opening Venue: Committee Room, Office of the Chief Executive Officer, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar.

Tender forms can be purchased for Rs. 1,000/- each from the office of the Disposal Directorate during banking hours (forms will not be issued on the opening date).

Terms & Conditions

1. Earnest Money: 10% of the bid amount in favor of PESCO Sale Proceed Account.

2. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.

3. Applicable taxes will be charged as per Government rules and regulations.

4. Tender forms must be purchased during banking hours before the closing date.

5. No tender will be accepted without earnest money.

6. Bidders must submit their NTN and STRN numbers along with proof of registration with FBR to qualify for tax benefits. Non-filers will be treated as non-taxpayers.
