• Description of Work: Supply of stationery, electrical, consumable, and miscellaneous items for Pakistan Sports Board, Sports Complex, Islamabad

• Bid Submission Deadline: 25 August 2025 – 11:00 AM

• Bid Opening Date & Time: 25 August 2025 – 11:30 AM

• Bid Security: PKR 400,000 (refundable), in favor of Pakistan Sports Board (PSB)

Instructions for Bidders

1. Tender Availability:

   • The tender notice is available on the PSB website (www.sports.gov.pk) and the PPRA website (www.ppra.gov.pk).

   • Bidding documents can be downloaded and uploaded through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS).

2. Submission Process:

   • Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS.

   • A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the proposal on EPADS.

   • The original bid security must be submitted to PSB before the opening of bids; otherwise, the bid will be declared non-responsive.

   • No bids submitted outside EPADS will be accepted.

3. Special Conditions:

   • If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time.

   • Timelines for bid submission and opening will be strictly observed.

4. Right to Reject:

   • The Director General, PSB, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids wholly or partially in accordance with PPRA Rules.
