Pakistan International Airlines – Supply Chain Management

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), the national flag carrier, invites sealed bids for the annual procurement of various items under a Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure. The tender includes multiple categories of goods as listed below:

Bid Submission Details:

• Closing Date: August 18, 2025

• Time for Submission: Up to 10:30 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

• Bid Opening Time: 11:00 AM (Same Day)

Important:
Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS (E-Procurement System) of the PPRA. In addition, sealed hard copies should also be submitted as per the instructions in the tender documents. Manual bids without online submission will not be accepted.

• Only eligible suppliers meeting criteria outlined in the bidding documents can apply.

• Detailed bidding documents, specifications, and terms can be downloaded free of cost from the PIA or PPRA E-PADS websites.

• To participate, bidders must be registered on the E-PADS portal.

Important Conditions:

• Bids must be submitted strictly according to the instructions in the bidding documents.

• Bids will be opened online on the EPADS system at 11:00 AM on the same date.

• Bid Security (Earnest Money) must be submitted in original form (e.g., Pay Order or Bank Instrument) along with the Technical Proposal. A scanned copy of this instrument must also be uploaded through EPADS.

• Failure to submit the required bid security by the due date and time will lead to automatic disqualification.
