Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), a public sector organization responsible for the smooth operation, safety, and infrastructure of airports across the country, invites reputable firms and contractors to submit e-bids under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure, in line with PPRA Rule 36(b).

Only firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the financial category C-5 or above, and specialized in ME-01, and listed as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) are eligible to participate.

• Project: Provision of Precision Control Air-Conditioning Units at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi (JIAP)

• Bid Security / Earnest Money: Rs. 1,000,000/-

• Bid Submission Deadline: 18th August 2025 at 11:00 AM

• Bid Opening: 18th August 2025 at 11:30 AM

How to Apply:
Interested firms can download the bidding documents and submit their proposals electronically through the EPADS system before the deadline, strictly following the instructions provided in the bidding documents and PPRA guidelines.

In addition to the online submission, bidders must also submit a physical copy of their bid, along with the original bid security/earnest money, to the Office of the Sr. Joint Director (HVAC) at JIAP before the closing time.

Important:

• Any bid submitted without valid bid security/earnest money will not be considered and will be rejected immediately.

• The Pakistan Airports Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for justified reasons, which will be communicated upon request.

• Please be cautious: If any pay order, bank draft, or bank guarantee submitted as bid security or bank guarantee is found fake or dishonoured at any stage of the process, it will result in blacklisting and legal action under applicable laws.
