NGC (National Grid Company), previously known as NTDC, invites sealed bids from interested firms, contractors, or individuals for the disposal of dismantled/unserviceable store material located at the 220kV Grid Station Kala Shah Kaku.

Items Available for Disposal (Sold As-Is):

• Rail Conductor (ACSR)

• Tower Braces

• Shield Wire (on drums)

• Disc Insulators

• Mixed Iron Scrap

• OPGW

• Off-Size Tires

These materials are being sold on an “As-Is, Where-Is” basis.

Site Visit & Inspection:

Bidders may inspect the material at the 220kV Grid Station, Kala Shah Kaku during working hours (Monday to Friday) until August 19, 2025.
For inspection, contact the Deputy Manager at the same location.

How to Participate:

• Tender Purchase:
  Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Manager, 220kV Grid Station, NGC, Kala Shah Kaku, upon written request on company letterhead (for firms) and presentation of valid CNIC (for individuals or representatives).

• Tender Fee:
  Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable) per set of documents.

• Earnest Money (Bid Security):

  • 10% of the total bid value: For those registered with both Income Tax and Sales Tax, and having active, up-to-date status.

  • 15% of the total bid value: For unregistered parties.

• Bid Validity:
  Rates quoted in the bids must remain valid for at least 180 calendar days from the bid opening date.

Additional Terms:

1. Income Tax Documentation:
   Registered bidders submitting 10% earnest money must attach a valid tax return (verifiable online).

2. Retention of CDRs:
   Bid securities (CDRs) from the 2nd and 3rd highest bidders will be retained until the material is successfully handed over to the winning bidder.

3. Material Pickup:
   The successful bidder is responsible for lifting and transporting 100% of the material using their own resources, within the agreed timeframe.

4. Right to Accept/Reject:
   NGC reserves all rights under PPRA Rules 2004, including the right to accept or reject any or all bids with justification.
