2. Submission of Bids

• Opening of Technical & Financial Proposals: 29 August 2025, 11:30 AM (same day)

3. Mandatory PPRA Compliance

As per PPRA regulations:

• All bidders must register on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk)
