Public Auction Notice (Sixth Time)

The Municipal Committee Fateh Jang announces the public auction of Hall Stage Fee Collection Rights for the financial year 2025–26 (1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026) in accordance with the approved schedule.

The auction will be held at 11:00 AM at the Municipal Committee Office, Fateh Jang. All eligible and interested parties are invited to participate as per the terms and conditions given below.

Eligibility & Requirements

1. Only contractors registered in any district of Punjab for the year 2025–26 are eligible to participate. A verified copy of the registration certificate must be provided along with the bid security.

2. Any individual or firm blacklisted, bankrupt, or in default by the Municipal Committee or any other department will not be allowed to participate.

3. Previous contractors must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Municipal Committee to participate.

Auction Terms & Conditions

• Bid Security: A security deposit (earnest money) must be submitted as per the auction rules, in the form of cash or call deposit (cheques will not be accepted).

• Approval: The Administrator of the Municipal Committee reserves the final right of approval of the auction.

• Installments: As per the Auction of Collection Rights Rules, 2016, the successful contractor must pay the monthly installment in advance by the 5th of each month. Failure to pay will result in automatic cancellation of the contract, forfeiture of the security deposit, and re-auctioning of the contract. Any losses will be recovered from the contractor as per government procedures.

• Security Guarantee: Before taking charge, the contractor must provide either a bank guarantee equal to the auction amount or a property guarantor.

• Compliance: The contractor must follow all relevant laws, rules, and by-laws, including the Auction of Collection Rights Rules, 2016 and Municipal Committee Fateh Jang regulations.

• Tax Adjustments: If during the contract year (2025–26) any tax rates are increased by government authorities, the contract amount will be adjusted accordingly, and the contractor will be bound to pay the revised amount.

• Auction Committee Authority: The auction committee reserves the right to modify any condition on the spot as per circumstances.

• Reserve Price: PKR 10,750,000

• Earnest Money: PKR 1,075,000

• Auction Dates:

  • First Auction: 11 August 2025

  • Second Auction: 18 August 2025

  • Third Auction: 25 August 2025

Note: In addition to the reserve price, 10% Income Tax and 10% Water Development Charges will be applicable.
