Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids from firms and manufacturers who are pre-qualified or registered with the Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal) / Standard & Specification, NTDC Lahore or with WAPDA/PPMC/DISCOS and FBR for the year 2025–26, having valid prototype approval (where applicable), for the supply of materials on a free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Rajjar, and Wah.

• Opening Method: In the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives (with authority letters)

Key Terms & Conditions

1. E-Bidding Only:
   All interested bidders must submit bids online through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk and upload all required documents as per the bidding instructions.

2. Bidding Process:

   • Single Stage, One Envelope basis

3. Pricing:

   • Firm and final price on FCS basis

   • No involvement of foreign exchange

4. Bid Validity:

   • Tender No. 51: 60 days

   • Tender Nos. 52–58: 90 days

5. Bid Security:

   • Valid for 90 days (Tender No. 51) and 120 days (Tender Nos. 52–58)

   • In the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR from a scheduled Pakistani bank rated A+ or above

   • Payable to Chief Executive Officer, IESCO Islamabad

   • Must be submitted before bid closing time (original, sealed)

6. Other Conditions:

   • If the government declares a holiday, or if IESCO is closed on the opening date, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue

   • Bids must be for the full quantity of the tender/lot; partial bids will not be accepted

   • Prototype approval (if applicable) must be valid at the time of bid opening

   • IESCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids before acceptance
