The Regional Tax Office (RTO) Faisalabad invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, reputable stationers, and general order suppliers who are registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments and listed on FBR’s Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
Scope of Supply – Financial Year 2025–2026

Purchase of Stationery Items (as per attached list) – Earnest Money: 3% of bid value

Purchase of Computer Stationery (as per attached list) – Earnest Money: 3% of bid value

Purchase of Miscellaneous Items (as per attached list) – Earnest Money: 3% of bid value
Bidding & Submission Process

Mode of Submission: Only electronic bids through the Electronic Procurement and Auction System (EPADS). No manual or hard copy bids will be accepted.

Deadline for Submission: 26 August 2025, by 11:00 AM.

Opening of Bids: 26 August 2025, at 11:30 AM in the Conference Hall, RTO Faisalabad, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Earnest Money: Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of Chairman Purchase Committee, Regional Tax Office Faisalabad. A scanned copy must be uploaded to EPADS with the bid documents.

Bidding documents are available through PPRA and EPADS portals.

Procurement will follow Single Stage – One Envelope procedure under Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules, 2004.

The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules.
