AUCTION NOTICE
Sealed quotations are invited from interested and eligible firms/contractors under the Sindh Local Council Auction Rules, 2016 for the following public service works within the municipal jurisdiction:

All quotations will be opened in the presence of the Auction Committee, duly approved by the Chairman of the Town Municipal Corporation.
Terms and Eligibility Criteria
To participate, bidders must meet the following eligibility conditions and submit supporting documentation:

Full contact details including name, address, phone, fax, and email

Organizational structure and technical staff bios
-
Financial stability certificate from a scheduled bank (last 3 years)
-
Affidavit stating the authenticity of all submitted information
-
National Tax Number (NTN) certificate and CNIC copy
-
Registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB)
-
Affidavit stating the firm is not involved in litigation, has not abandoned public work, and is not blacklisted
-
List and proof of ownership of relevant machinery and equipment
-
Work history, including completed and ongoing projects of similar nature, with completion certificates
-
Earnest money (5% of bid amount) in the form of Call Deposit, pledged in favor of the Chairman, TMC HM Khoja Nawabshah; required at the time of bid submission

If applicable, partnership deed and power of attorney must be submitted via affidavit
-
No conditional or telegraphic/TCS bids will be accepted
-
Proof of relevant experience over the past 3 years
Additional Conditions

Bid Validity: 90 days
-
Auction Method: Quoted rate-based open auction
-
Contract Agreement: Successful bidders must sign an agreement on stamp paper (Rs. 0.33 per hundred rupees) with the competent authority as per Sindh Local Council rules. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bid security.

Right to Accept/Reject: The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules (Contract Rules 1979).

In the absence of the Auction Committee Chairman or during public holidays, the auction will be conducted on the next working day.
