TransPeshawar, the organization responsible for operating and maintaining the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system in Peshawar, invites qualified and interested companies to submit bids for Bus Wrap Advertising Services under a National Competitive Bidding process using the Single Stage - One Envelope procedure.

Who Can Apply

• The bidder must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for income tax.

• Registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) for sales tax on services is also required.

• All bidders must meet the eligibility and qualification criteria detailed in the bidding documents (Part II, Section-III).

Assets for Use

• Details of the assets (buses for wrap advertisement) are outlined in the bidding documents (Part II, Section-IV).

• These assets are offered strictly on an "as is, where is" basis.

Site Visit

• Bidders are encouraged to inspect the buses and related assets at the Main BRT Depot, Chamkani.

• Visits can be arranged any day during the advertisement period, but not later than one day before the bid submission deadline.

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance with the Business Development Section of TransPeshawar.

How to Access Documents

• The complete set of bid documents is available for download from the TransPeshawar website starting from the date of this advertisement until the last date for submission of bids.

Bid Security

• A bid security of PKR 1,000,000 must be submitted with the bid in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit Receipt, made payable to the Chief Executive Officer, TransPeshawar.

• The bid security must be issued by a scheduled bank operating in Pakistan.

Pre-Bid Meetings

• Two pre-bid meetings will be held to clarify queries and ensure bidder understanding:

  • First Meeting: May 26, 2025, at 11:30 AM

  • Second Meeting: May 27, 2025, at 03:00 PM
    Both meetings will take place at the TransPeshawar Head Office.

Submission Deadline

• All sealed bids must be submitted on or before June 11, 2025, by 11:30 AM (PST).

• Bids can be submitted in person, by an authorized representative, or via registered post/courier.

• Late submissions will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.

Bid Opening

• Bids will be opened on June 11, 2025, at 11:45 AM (PST) at the TransPeshawar Head Office.

• Bidders or their authorized representatives are welcome to attend the opening session.

Right to Reject

• TransPeshawar reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014.
