Vehicle Requirements

Submission Details

• Deadline for Bid Submission: On or before June 4, 2025

• Submission Method: Through courier, dak, or by hand to the office address below

• Opening of Bids: June 4, 2025 at 12:30 PM in the presence of the Purchase Committee and participating bidders or their authorized representatives

• Venue: Directorate General of Trade Organizations (DGTO), Ministry of Commerce, 2nd Floor, State Life Building No. 7, Blue Area, Islamabad

Mandatory Requirements for Bidders

Interested bidders must fulfill the following criteria. Non-compliance will result in automatic disqualification:

1. Valid Income Tax Registration Certificate

2. Valid General Sales Tax (GST) Registration (Active status on FBR portal)

3. Submission of a signed and stamped affidavit (Rs. 100/- stamp paper) declaring that the company/firm/dealership:

   • Is not blacklisted

   • Is not involved in corrupt, fraudulent, or illegal practices

   • Is not banned or declared ineligible by any government procurement agency or the PPRA
