NOTICE INVITING TENDERS
(Single Stage - One Envelope Procedure as per SPPRA Rules, 2010)
The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation invites sealed bids under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure for the works listed below. Contractors must be registered with PEC in relevant categories and have valid licenses and tax certificates. Interested and eligible firms can purchase tender documents and submit their bids as per the schedule given.

Key Terms and Conditions

Tender documents will be issued upon written request on company letterhead and payment via pay order (non-refundable).

Bids must be sealed and clearly marked with the scheme name.

All rates must be quoted both in words and figures.

Any fake documents or misrepresentation will lead to cancellation and blacklisting.

5% bid security of the quoted amount is mandatory (pay order/bank guarantee).

Bids submitted after the deadline or unsealed will not be entertained.

Canvassing or undue influence will disqualify the bidder.

Amounts must be rounded off to the nearest rupee as per High Court Order (Suit No. 1959/2018).

The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with SPPRA rules.

Proof of 5 years of business experience in construction

Valid Professional Tax Certificate

Affidavit of non-blacklisting and no litigation

Turnover equivalent to project cost in the last 3 years

Audit Reports (last 3 years) from ICAP-registered firms

Equipment list with proof of ownership/lease

Bank Statements (last 3 years)

Completion certificates for similar works (80% of project cost or two works at 50%)

Bio-data of engineering/technical staff
