This corrigendum refers to the Public Announcement of Intention dated July 8, 2025 issued by Mohabbat Khan and Others (the “Acquirer”) to acquire 98.76% of the issued Paid-Up Capital and control of Bawany Air Products Limited under the Securities Act, 2015 and the Takeover Regulations, 2017.

The PAI was originally published in the Business Recorder and Daily Dunya newspapers on July 9, 2025.

Certain clauses of the PAI are hereby amended as follows. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
