“Conserve Electricity to Reduce Load Shedding”

The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) – South Circle invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for outsourced maintenance work on the distribution systems in the following divisions:

Groups & Scope of Work

Nature of Work (Same for All Groups):

Tree trimming near electrical infrastructure
Replacement of undersized or damaged jumpers
Replacement of deteriorated bus bars (100-KVA, 200-KVA)
Replacement of broken pin/disc insulators
Replacement of damaged cross arms (X-arms)
Straightening of tilted poles and structures
Replacement or mid-spanning of damaged structures
Correction of loose sagging lines
Replacement of broken or unapproved drop-out cut-outs (D-Set)
Replacement of deteriorated conductors at identified hotspots
Installation of insulated HT/LT conductors in areas where trimming is not feasible (to prevent interruptions during humidity/rain)
All work shall be carried out as per WAPDA/LESCO specifications

Eligibility Criteria:

Contractors/firms must:

Be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under codes EE-04 and EE-05
Be registered with PRA and FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayer List
Have renewed registration for the year 2025–26
Provide a declaration of not being blacklisted by any government/autonomous organization
Submit two completion certificates of similar nature of work under EE-04 and EE-05 categories
Submit Rs. 100,000/- as bid security via Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank
Agree to furnish 10% performance security if awarded the contract

Note: Bids submitted without the required bid security will not be considered.
