Commander Military Engineer Services (Army), Hyderabad

Tender Notice

The Commander Military Engineer Services (Army), Hyderabad, invites sealed tenders for the following works under PPRA Rules 13(1) & 28 of 2004:

a. Provision and upgrading of external water supply line/equipment at Badin, along with sewerage line and IPS at Chhor Cantt (FY 2025–26).
b. Internal and external B&R/E&M works, including DC work and bazaar supply for Hyderabad, Chhor, and Badin Garrisons (FY 2025–26).

Tender costs are as shown in the tender documents.

Submission & Opening of Tenders:

• Applications for issuance of tender documents must be submitted to CMES (Army) Hyderabad along with the required credentials (see below).

• Tender documents will be issued after scrutiny and subject to meeting special conditions for the project and location.

• Sealed tenders must be submitted to the office of the Accepting Officer by 13 October 2025 at 11:00 AM.

• Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.

Important Notes for Contractors:

• Contractors must provide a certificate confirming they are not involved in any litigation with government departments and that no adverse reports from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C’s Branch, GHQ) are outstanding against them.

• Firms/contractors not on the approved MES list must submit applications with details of their past two years’ experience and current projects, including:

  • Name of works/supply contracts executed or in hand

  • Contract amount

  • Duration allowed (in months)

  • Date of commencement and completion

  • Percentage progress of ongoing works/material supplies

Additional Information:

• Contractors may attend the tender opening session if they wish.

• The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender. Rejections will be in line with PPRA Rule 33(1) of 2004. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
