• Offers must be prepared as per the guidelines in the tender documents.

• Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted to the respective address mentioned in the IT document.

• All documents must be signed, stamped, and accompanied by a covering letter on the bidder’s official letterhead.

• No hard copies of tender documents will be sold unless specifically stated.
