Tender Notice: Procurement of IT Equipment

The International Mediation and Arbitration Center (IMAC), under the Ministry of Law and Justice, invites electronic bids from eligible suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized distributors. Interested parties must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and have an Active Taxpayer Status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

This procurement is being carried out under the project “Strengthening and Capacity Enhancement of Legal Wings of Ministry of Law and Justice and Federal Ministries/Divisions (Revised)”. Bidding will follow the single stage – one envelope procedure, as per Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Key Details:

• Bidding Documents: Available online for registered bidders at the official procurement portals (EPADS and PPRA). The documents include full specifications, requirements, and terms & conditions.

• Submission Deadline: Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS no later than 11:00 AM on 14th October 2025. Manual submissions will not be accepted.

• Bid Opening: Bids will be opened electronically at 12:00 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. If the opening day is a public holiday, the process will move to the next working day.

• Lot Participation: Bidders must quote for 100% of the items and quantities of any selected Lot or Lots.

• Bid Security: An original bid security (as specified in the bidding documents) must be provided in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favour of DDO, Liaison & Monitoring Cell, Ministry of Law and Justice. This security should be submitted to the address given below before the online bid submission deadline.

• Right to Reject: The Ministry of Law and Justice reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any stage, in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2004.
