Inspector General of Prisons, Punjab, Lahore
The Prisons Department, Government of Punjab invites E-Tenders for the supply of uniforms for Watch & Ward staff and raw materials for prison industries across all jails of Punjab for the financial year 2025–2026.
Interested contractors, firms, mill owners, wholesalers, and suppliers who are registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax Authorities, and also with e-PADS and PPRA, are eligible to participate in this tender.

Each item requires a separate bid security (Call Deposit) in the name of the Inspector General of Prisons, Punjab, as per the above details. The bid security must be submitted before the closing time of the tender at the office of the Inspector General of Prisons, Punjab.
Failure to submit the original call deposit within the given timeframe will result in disqualification on technical grounds.
Sample Submission & Laboratory Testing

Bidders must submit sealed samples of each quoted item (in the specified quantities) on the day of the tender submission, along with laboratory testing fees.
-
Tenders without laboratory fees will be rejected.
-
All inspection and laboratory testing costs at the time of supply will be the responsibility of the bidder.

All applicable taxes, duties, and levies will also be borne by the bidder.
Evaluation & Contract Conditions
-
Offers must remain valid for 90 days from the opening date.
-
Any bid found non-compliant with tender conditions or deemed unsuitable by the Procurement Committee will be rejected.
-
Successful bidders must sign a written agreement within seven (7) days of award notification.
-
In case of failure to sign, the offer will be cancelled and the bid security forfeited.
-
The approved contractor shall provide a Performance Guarantee equal to 5% of the total contract value in the form of a Call Deposit, as per PPRA Rule 56.
