Pre-Bid Meeting

A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 11, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of the Surgical Tower, Mayo Hospital, Lahore.
Minutes of the meeting will be uploaded within two days on the official websites of Mayo Hospital and e-PADS. These minutes will be treated as an addendum to the bidding documents.

Interested bidders may seek further information from the Purchase Section, Mayo Hospital, Lahore during working hours before the bid opening date.
Mayo Hospital will not bear any cost related to the preparation or submission of bids.
In case the bid opening date falls on an official holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
