The Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC), a government-owned, not-for-profit organization established under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, is implementing the World Bank-funded Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP) in 16 selected tehsils across Punjab Province.

Applications are invited from qualified and motivated professionals for the following positions at the PRMSC Head Office, Lahore, and its Tehsil Offices under the project.

Noorpur Thal (Khushab), Isa Khel (Mianwali), Kot Momin (Sargodha), Kallar Kahar (Chakwal), Darya Khan (Bhakkar), Pakpattan, Bhawana (Chiniot), Ahmed Pur Sial (Jhang), Rojhan (Rajanpur), Liaqat Pur (Rahim Yar Khan), Taunsa (D.G. Khan), Kahror Pakka (Lodhran), Khairpur Tamewali (Bahawalpur), Alipur (Muzaffargarh), Bahawalnagar, and Shujabad (Multan).

Eligibility Criteria

1. Company Secretary (PPS-9)

• Member of a recognized body of professional accountants or corporate/chartered secretaries, or

• Holder of a master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Law (HEC-recognized).

• Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.

2. Communication Specialist (PPS-9)

• Master’s degree in Mass Communication or Public Relations.

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in communication, marketing, outreach, or advocacy, including at least 4 years in similar projects.

3. Social & BCC Specialist (PPS-9)

• Master’s degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Mass Communication, or Public Relations.

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in community mobilization and social safeguards, including 4 years in similar assignments.

4. Research Analyst – Gender (PPS-7)

• BS/BSc in Sociology, Anthropology, Gender Studies, or Social Sciences.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in gender mainstreaming or related work.

5. Research Analyst – Environment (PPS-7)

• BS/BSc or MPhil in Environmental Sciences or Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in environmental safeguards or related work.

6. Associate (IT) (PPS-6)

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT or computer science-related work.

7. Deputy Manager (Infrastructure & Services) (PPS-8)

• BSc in Civil or Environmental Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in civil/infrastructure development, including at least 3 years in similar projects.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Application Process:
   Interested candidates must apply online through the PRMSC recruitment portal. Hard copies will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Deadline:
   The last date to submit online applications is October 22, 2025, before 11:59 PM.

3. Government Employees:
   Candidates already employed in government or semi-government organizations must apply through the proper channel.

4. Required Documents:
   Applicants must upload their updated resume, educational degrees (HEC-recognized), experience certificates, CNIC, and other relevant supporting documents, including proof of current employment (offer letter or NOC). Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

5. Contract Period:
   The initial appointment will be for three years, extendable based on performance.

6. Selection Process:
   In case of a large number of applicants, PRMSC reserves the right to set threshold marks or ratios for shortlisting candidates for interviews.

7. General Provisions:

   • No TA/DA will be admissible for tests or interviews.

   • PRMSC reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any position or the recruitment process at any time without assigning a reason.

   • Salaries will be market-based.
