INVITATION TO BID THROUGH EPADS

Pakistan Railways, a key department of the Federal Government, is committed to providing a safe, reliable, efficient, and environmentally friendly transport system that contributes to the socio-economic development of the country.

To meet its operational and maintenance needs, the Project Director/820-HCW, Pakistan Railways, Moghalpura, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors who are:

Registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments,
Listed as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and
Have a registered business office in Pakistan.

Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure as per the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Important Instructions

Samples for all quoted items must be provided with the technical bid; otherwise, the offer will be rejected.
Evaluation and decision will be made on an item-wise basis.
Call Deposit Receipts (CDR) are acceptable either for individual items or for the total bid.
Only online bids submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) will be accepted. Manual submissions will not be considered.
The bid security (CDR) must be physically submitted in the tender box at the office of the Project Director/820-HCW, Pakistan Railways, Moghalpura, before 10:30 AM on 31st October 2025.
Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM through EPADS.
Bidders must also upload a complete scanned copy of their bid documents in EPADS.

All bids must be prepared and submitted strictly according to the instructions provided in the bidding documents.
