The Cantonment Board Gujranwala invites sealed e-bids from well-reputed contractors/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, and having valid NTN and PEC codes. Eligible contractors may participate through the PPRA E-PADS online portal.

Bidding Documents are only available on the PPRA E-PADS portal. No hard copies will be issued.

Only firms/contractors registered on E-PADS as vendors can participate. All bids must be submitted online in PDF format.

Each bid must include Bid Security/Earnest Money (CDR) in favour of the Cantonment Executive Officer, issued from a scheduled bank against the firm’s account. Pay orders are not acceptable.

CDRs must be submitted 3 days before the bid opening date.

Bidders must also submit an undertaking on judicial stamp paper (worth Rs. 1200) confirming they are not involved in litigation.

Evaluation will be done according to PPRA rules and the criteria mentioned in the documents.

Bid Opening: Bids will be opened on 09 October 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cantonment Board Gujranwala Office in the presence of authorized representatives.

If a bid is 5% below the official cost (NIT), the bidder must provide additional performance security equal to the difference, along with the earnest money.

All rates must be inclusive of all applicable government taxes.

The successful bidder will be required to sign an agreement with the Board.

Any bidder who is blacklisted, involved in litigation, or found to be engaged in fraudulent practices will be disqualified.

In case of a government holiday, bids will be opened the next working day.

The Cantonment Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules 2004.
