TENDER NOTICE – No. P-07/2025

Sealed quotations are invited from reputable suppliers for the supply of the following items required by a public sector heavy engineering industry:

Tender Procedure & Requirements

1. Tender documents containing detailed specifications and terms & conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned, Monday to Friday, on written request.

2. A tender fee of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) for each item, in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order in favour of “Tender Fee Fund,” must be paid to obtain the documents.

3. Tender documents will not be sold on the day of opening.

4. Quotations must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the quoted value.

5. All bids must reach the office of the Director (Procurement) by 10:00 AM, one day before the tender opening. The public opening will be held at 10:30 AM.

6. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance, as per PPRA rules.
