Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office Lahore, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified firms/contractors for the following project. The bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPRA rules.

Location: From Railway Power House MGPR to Mayo Gardens, covering the area between “Karachi Level Crossing” and “IOW-III Office, Mayo Gardens,” Lahore.
Estimated Cost: PKR 18 Million
Bid Security: PKR 1,000,000/-

Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders must:

• Be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

• Be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under Category C6 and EE-05, with valid credentials.

Submission Process

1. Bid Submission:
   All bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk.
   A scanned copy of the complete bid must also be uploaded on EPADS.

2. Bid Security:
   The original bid security (Pay Order/Demand Draft) must be physically submitted to the office of the Assistant Electrical Engineer, Pakistan Railways Headquarters Office, Lahore, before the bid opening time.

3. Tender Documents:
   The detailed bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the EPADS portal. Only registered users can access and submit bids through the platform.
