How to Participate:

1. Bidding Documents:
   Detailed specifications, item-wise breakdown, and all other terms and conditions are included in the bidding documents. Interested parties can:

   • Obtain the documents directly from the office of the undersigned, or

   • Download them free of cost from the POF website.

2. Bid Submission Deadline:
   Bids must be submitted to the Bid Centre adjacent to Rabita Hall, POF Wah Cantt by 10:00 AM on 29th August 2025.

3. Opening of Bids:
   All received bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of the participating bidders or their representatives.
