The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage – Single Envelope Procedure (PPRA Rule 36(a)) for the following work:

Work Title: Upgradation of WiNi Conference Room at HQ PAA, Terminal 1, Karachi

Key Requirements for Bidders

1. Mandatory Documents:

   • Valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

   • Valid Professional Tax Certificate.

   • Updated Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Registration (Category C-6) for the current year.

   • Copy of CNIC of the owner(s).

   • Affidavits (Rs. 500 each) confirming:

     • Ownership of the firm.

     • No blacklisting and no pending litigation.

2. Bid Security:

   • Must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order / Bank Draft from any scheduled bank.

   • Payable to: CAR Works Unit, Makran Coastal Area.

   • Both electronic submission through the PPRA EPADS Web Portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and submission of original hard copies (bids, bid security, and documents) in person are required.

   • Hard copies must be delivered to the Office of the Divisional Engineer ES (Civil) Task Force, JIAP, Karachi, before the submission deadline.

3. General Conditions:

   • Tender documents, including detailed terms, conditions, and procurement method, are available on the PPRA-EPADS System.

   • PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules.

   • Warning: If any Pay Order, Bank Draft, or financial instrument submitted is found to be fake or dishonored at any stage, the bidder/contractor will be blacklisted and subjected to legal action as per law.
