General Instructions for All Tenders

1. Tender documents (Form F-628A) and complete specifications can be obtained from respective PAF Bases or downloaded from the PAF website.

2. Firms must be Sales Tax and Professional Tax registered, and hold a valid NTN.

3. Submission Deadline: 19 August 2025 – 10:00 AM

4. Opening Date & Time: 19 August 2025 – 11:00 AM (same day)

5. Firms must submit an NDA to the Directorate of Procurement (Air) on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100 before issuance of documents.

6. No advance payment will be made; payment will be processed after acceptance of items.

7. Quotations must remain valid for at least 30 days.

8. Sales Tax should be mentioned separately in the quotation.

9. Warranty/guarantee details should be clearly mentioned.

10. All agreements will be governed by the Official Secrets Act, 1923.

11. Officers Commanding reserve the right to reject any or all tenders on technical grounds.
