Detailed specifications and terms & conditions can be obtained from the undersigned by submitting a written request on the firm's letterhead along with a Bank Draft/Pay Order for the tender fee (as mentioned above) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

Cash payments will not be accepted.

Earnest Money:

All tenders/quotations must include 2% of the total order value (including GST) as earnest money in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

Eligibility:

Firms that previously failed to supply items against orders will not be issued tender documents.

Validity:

All bids must remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening. Any bid with a shorter validity period will not be accepted.

Submission & Deadlines:

The original Bank Draft must be received at least one day before the tender opening date.

Tender documents will not be issued later than one day before the opening date.

Late submissions will not be entertained.

Other Terms:

Tenders containing cutting or overwriting will be rejected immediately.

Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and complete delivery of stores.

The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any stage.

Documents can also be dispatched via post, fax, or email upon request with proof of Bank Draft.

Postal delays will be the bidder’s responsibility.
