Important Instructions

• In addition to the online submission, sealed envelopes of the bids must also be submitted physically as per instructions in the bidding documents.

• Manual submission of bids without E-PADS electronic submission will NOT be accepted.

• Original bid security/earnest money instrument must be attached with the Technical Proposal in a sealed envelope.

• A reference copy (Pay Order details) must also be uploaded with the electronic bid on the E-PADS portal before the closing date and time.
