e-Tender Notice – Extension of Bid Submission Deadline
Subject: Engagement of Technical Consultant for the Design and Implementation of an AI-Powered Data Platform for Pakistan Customs (WeBOC Transformation)

This is to inform all interested parties that the bid submission deadline for the above-mentioned tender has been extended.

The original tender was published on 20th July 2025 on the PPRA EPADS portal, the PSW website, and in national newspapers. The initial deadline for submission was 5th August 2025.

In response to queries received from potential bidders, a consolidated reply has now been uploaded under the “Tender Updates” section on the PSW website. Interested bidders may download the document for reference.

Revised Timeline:

• New Bid Submission Deadline: 13th August 2025, by 3:00 PM (PST)

• Original Bid Securing Declaration Submission Deadline: 13th August 2025, by 3:30 PM (PST) (via email to the Procurement Department)

• Bid Opening: 13th August 2025, at 3:30 PM (PST)
  (If this date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.)

All other terms and conditions mentioned in the original RFP remain unchanged.
