The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan invites interested individuals to participate in the public auction of non-accidental vehicles (in original paint) as per details below.

Auction Details

• Date of Auction: August 19, 2025

• Time: 11:00 AM

• Venue: DHA Multan, The Arena (Rohi Hall)

• Inspection of Vehicles: August 17–18, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at The Arena Parking Area, DHA Multan

Terms & Conditions

1. All bidders must bring their original CNIC at the time of the auction.

2. A refundable deposit of PKR 25,000 in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft, or Cash (in favor of DHA Multan) is required to participate.

3. Upon acceptance of the bid, 10% of the bid amount must be paid immediately, with the remaining balance payable within 7 days via Pay Order or Cash in favor of DHA Multan.

4. Failure to pay the balance within 7 days will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.

5. The successful bidder must transfer the vehicle to their name immediately after payment.

6. Vehicle documents and registration book will be handed over after full payment and completion of all required formalities.

7. All applicable government taxes will be borne by the successful bidder, including Advance Income Tax at 10% for filers and 20% for non-filers.
