Important Information

Bidding Documents: Complete bidding documents, including detailed specifications, are available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website and the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Submission: Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement portal by 11:00 AM on 24th July 2025.

Opening: Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Procedure: The bidding will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope method, in line with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Bid Security: A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be provided with the bid.

Right to Reject: The hospital reserves the right to disqualify any supplier or contractor if it is found that the information provided is false, inaccurate, or incomplete at any stage, as per PPRA rules.
