The Government Aziz Bibi THQ Hospital Roshan Bheela Kasur invites bids from reputable and eligible contractors/firms for the local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items. This procurement will be carried out strictly under the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPR) 2014 using the PPRA E-Tendering System (EPADS).

 How to Participate

1. Online Submission:

   • All bids must be submitted through the EPADS Portal (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk). Manual, postal, conditional, or telegraphic tenders will not be accepted.

   • For registration help, visit the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website.

2. Earnest Money:

   • Upload your bid security in the form of a CDR, Bank Draft, or Cashier’s Cheque from any scheduled bank in Pakistan, made payable to the Medical Superintendent, Government Aziz Bibi THQ Hospital Roshan Bheela Kasur.

   • The original instrument must be delivered to the address given below before the tender closing time — otherwise, your online bid will not be considered.

3. Pre-Bid Meeting:

   • Interested firms may attend a pre-bid meeting on 25th July 2025 at 11:00 AM at the hospital’s office.

4. Bid Opening:

   • Bids will be opened electronically on the portal by the Tender Opening Committee, in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.

 Important Rules & Conditions

• Bidding will follow the Single Stage One Envelope Method under PPR-2014.

• No cutting or amendments are allowed in bids submitted electronically.

• All applicable taxes must be paid as per Government of Punjab rules at the time of payment.

• Providing fake documents (such as CDRs or certificates) will result in disqualification, blacklisting, and further reporting to PPRA.

• Incomplete bids, blank forms, or missing entries will be treated as non-responsive and rejected.

• The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids before acceptance as per PPRA Rule-35.

• The successful contractor must submit a performance guarantee according to Clause-56 of PPRA rules.

• All relevant PPRA rules and circulars will be strictly followed.
