Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU), Rawalpindi invites sealed electronic bids (e-bids) from well-established and experienced companies or contractors for the provision of janitorial and cleaning services for the FJWU hostel.

Evaluation Criteria: As per Rule 38-A of PPRA 2014 (Technically compliant and lowest evaluated bid will be accepted)
Eligibility Criteria
Interested bidders must:

Be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments.

Hold an updated Professional Tax Certificate.

Be active tax filers with valid documentation.
Important Guidelines

Price Quotation
-
Must be in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
-
GST/PST should be clearly stated where applicable.
-
Prices should remain valid for 90 days, extendable by another 30 days if needed.

Bid Security Submission
-
A 2% bid security must be submitted in the form of a Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit Receipt (in favor of Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University).

Soft copy of the bid security should be attached with the technical bid on e-PADS.

Original bid security must be submitted to the university’s Purchase Office before the bid opening.

Bids with less or no earnest money will not be entertained.

Crossed cheques, bank challans, or cash will not be accepted.

Submission Deadline

E-bids must be submitted by 8th August 2025, before 11:00 AM.
-
Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
-
No bids will be accepted after the deadline.
-
In case of a public holiday, the bid opening will be held on the next working day.

Pre-Bid Meeting

Will be held on 31st July 2025 at 11:30 AM in the FJWU Purchase Office.
