Tender Opportunity: Rehabilitation and Renovation Works at UET Lahore

The University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore – Building & Works Department is inviting reputable and eligible contractors to submit their bids for multiple development and renovation projects. These works fall under the development scheme titled:

“Rehabilitation/ Upgradation of Dilapidated Physical Infrastructure at UET Lahore”

This tender is being processed under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) E-Tendering System in accordance with the PPRA Rules 2014 (Amended & Updated).

Who Can Apply?

Contractors/firms that:

Are registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025–26
Are active taxpayers registered with FBR (Income Tax) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA)

- Venue: Office of Project Director in presence of Tender Opening Committee and participating contractors

Important Guidelines

No overwriting or editing of bids will be accepted on the e-tendering portal.
Bids without earnest money (CDR @ 2% of estimated cost) will be rejected.
All participants must upload CDR and also submit the original CDR to UET before deadline.
Firms providing fake or misleading information will be disqualified and blacklisted.
UET reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning a reason (as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules).
All applicable government taxes will be deducted as per policy.
