The Medical Superintendent, Major Shabbir Sharif Shaheed THQ Hospital Kunjah, invites sealed bids for a Framework Contract for the supply of Medicines and Surgical Disposable Items for the financial year 2025–2026.
We welcome bids from original manufacturers, sole distributors, authorized suppliers, and well-reputed firms who:

Hold a valid drug sales license on Form 9A (Category A) for the supply of medicines and drugs.

Are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.

Have proven experience and a good track record in the relevant field.

Important Instructions

Tender Documents: Interested bidders can get the tender documents and detailed specifications by submitting a written request. Documents will be issued during working hours immediately after the publication of this notice. For reference, a copy is also available on the PPRA Punjab website.

Bidding Procedure: Open Competitive Bidding will be conducted under Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA 2014).

Bid Security: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost, in the form of a CDR.

Bid Opening: Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives on 25th July 2025 at 11:35 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kunjah.

Pricing: Bidders are advised to quote their best and final prices as no negotiations will be held after bid submission.

Taxes: Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. A valid NTN certificate must be provided.

Blacklisting: Firms found involved in corrupt or fraudulent practices will be blacklisted.
