The District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital Vehari invites electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for a framework contract for the supply of various goods and services for the financial year 2025–2026.

The framework contract covers supply for the following categories:

1. Local Purchase Medicines (Emergency, Bulk, Indoor, Dialysis, Thalassemia, Zakat/Social Welfare Medicines, Sehat Sahulat Program)

2. Dialysis Items

3. General Store Items

4. Printing & Stationery Items

5. Electrical Items, Devices & Machinery

6. X-Ray Items

7. Photocopy Items

8. Printer Repair & Maintenance Services (including toner refilling, blade replacement, etc.)

9. Laboratory Items

10. Bio-Medical Gases

11. Dental Items

12. Linen Items

13. Laundry Items

14. Bio-Medical Equipment

15. Surgical Instruments

16. Bio-Medical Equipment Accessories

17. Fixtures (Aluminum, Wood, Ply Sheet, PVC Sheets)

Who Can Apply

Bids are invited from suppliers, manufacturers, and firms:

• Registered with all relevant tax authorities (Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments)

• Holding a valid Professional Tax Certificate for FY 2025–26 issued by the Excise & Taxation Department

• Registered on the e-Procurement System (EPADS)

The bidding process will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope method under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).

Bid Security

• All bids must include a Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of the relevant lot or item.

• The original Bid Security (in the form of CDR, Pay Order, etc.) must be submitted physically in the office of the Medical Superintendent before the closing office hours on 26th July 2025.

• A scanned copy must also be uploaded with the electronic bid.

• Bids submitted late will not be accepted.
