Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi invites sealed offers from well-reputed and experienced firms for the Bulk Purchase of Medicines on a framework contract basis for the financial year 2025–2026 (2nd Phase).
Firms must be registered with GST/PST, Income Tax, and enrolled on the Punjab e-Procurement system (E-PADS).

Important Instructions
1) Bid Security:
All bidders must submit a 2% bid security of the total estimated cost, either as a call deposit receipt or a bank guarantee, made out in the name of the Medical Superintendent, Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Rawalpindi.
2) Bidding Documents:
Detailed bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA Punjab website or the E-PADS portal.
3) Submission & Opening:
Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 26th July 2025 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM via E-PADS.
4) Bidding Procedure:
The tender will be processed under Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding as per PPRA Rules.
5) Rules & Regulations:
All assessments and procurement steps will follow the PPRA Rules and the E-PADS system guidelines.
6) Note:
Benazir Bhutto Hospital will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders for preparing, submitting, or delivering their bids electronically.
