Terms & Conditions

1. Bid Security: Each bid must include a refundable bid security amounting to Rs. 30,000 or a percentage of the quoted price (whichever is applicable) in the form of a Bank Draft/Pay Order, made payable to D.D.O Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (Pak-EPA), Islamabad.

2. Submission Method: Bids must be submitted online through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure (Technical & Financial Proposals).

   • Note: Bids submitted manually or through any means other than EPADS will not be entertained.

3. Applicable Taxes: All quoted rates must include applicable government taxes and duties as per rules at the time of supply or issuance of work order.

4. Bid Opening: Electronic bids will be opened by the Purchase Committee using the EPADS system at the above-mentioned date and time.

5. Tender Documents: Detailed terms, conditions, and quantity information can be downloaded from the official websites of Pak-EPA and PPRA.
