Invitation to Bid

The Government College of Technology, Bahawalpur invites sealed, encrypted electronic bids from eligible and tax-compliant vendors for the supply of Training Material under a Single Stage – One Envelope bidding procedure. All bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, as well as on the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS).

Tender Package Details

• Bidding Documents:
  The bidding documents are available free of cost and can be downloaded from the e-PADS and PPRA websites.

• Submission of E-Bids:
  Bidders must submit encrypted e-bids through the e-PADS no later than 12:00 PM on 03 June 2025. Bids submitted after the deadline will not be considered. E-bids will be opened electronically as per the schedule mentioned above.

• Bid Security:
  All bidders must submit a physical copy of the original bid security worth Rs. 14,388/- in favor of the Principal, Govt. College of Technology, Bahawalpur. This can be in the form of a Bank Guarantee, CDR, Banker’s Cheque, Pay Order, or Demand Draft. The bid security must be submitted at the college before the bid submission deadline.

• Bid Validity and Terms:
  All detailed terms and conditions, including bid validity, method of procurement, and submission procedure, are outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders are advised to thoroughly review all details before submitting.

• Responsibility of Upload:
  Bidders are strongly encouraged to upload their bids well before the deadline. The College will not be held responsible for any technical or upload issues faced by the bidders.
