Subject: Procurement and Installation of Vinyl Branding (Framework Contract)

The Punjab Agriculture, Food and Drug Authority (PAFDA), an autonomous institution established under the Punjab Agriculture, Food and Drug Authority Act 2016, invites bids from reputable and eligible firms for the procurement and installation of vinyl branding. The purpose of this framework contract is to meet PAFDA’s branding and display needs across its premises in accordance with specified requirements.

Key Instructions for Bidders

1. Submission Deadline
   Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS no later than 11:00 AM on 2nd June 2025.

   • Note: Manual (hard copy) submissions will not be accepted.

2. Bid Opening
   Both technical and financial proposals will be opened publicly through EPADS at 11:30 AM on the same day, i.e., 2nd June 2025.

3. Bid Security Requirement

   • All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 200,000.

   • The security must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee, made payable to:
     Punjab Agriculture, Food and Drug Authority (PAFDA).

4. Mandatory EPADS Registration
   Participation in this tender is only open to those firms who are registered on EPADS. Interested bidders are advised to ensure their registration prior to submission.

5. Right to Reject
   PAFDA reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to award, as per Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
