TENDER NOTICE No. 01/2025

The Office of the Commissioner Inland Revenue, Regional Tax Office, Sargodha, invites sealed bids from reputable firms and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for the financial year 2024–25. The tender is for the immediate procurement of various items under the following categories:

Key Terms and Conditions

  1. Tender Documents:
    Complete tender documents and detailed specifications can be collected during office hours from the undersigned's office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 through Challan Form 32-A into Tender Account No. C03841-Fees.

  2. Bid Submission & Opening:

    • Submit sealed bids using the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure.

    • Bids must reach the office within 15 days of publication of this notice by 11:00 AM.

    • Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

  3. Sample Requirement:
    All bidders must provide samples of the items they are quoting for.

  4. Bid Security:
    A 3% bid security (of the estimated amount) must accompany each bid in the form of a Bank Draft issued by any scheduled bank in Pakistan, valid for 120 days, made out to:
    Chairman Purchase Committee, Regional Tax Office, Sargodha.

  5. Eligibility:
    Bidders must:

    • Be on Active Taxpayer Lists (ATL) for both Sales Tax and Income Tax.

    • Include valid copies of NTN and STRN certificates in their bids.

  6. Pricing Requirements:

    • Each item must be quoted separately with all applicable taxes, delivery, installation, freight, and stitching charges (where applicable) included.

    • Only one brand per item is allowed; multiple brands for a single item will not be accepted.

    • All items must be branded and of high quality.

  7. Validity:
    The quoted rates must remain valid until 30th June 2025.

  8. Incomplete Bids:
    Incomplete or improperly filled bids will be automatically disqualified.

  9. Right to Reject:
    The competent authority/Purchase Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in accordance with Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
