Digital Communication Department (DCD), under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Islamabad, invites sealed bids from experienced and reputable firms for the procurement of a GPU Server. This purchase is part of the PSDP 2022-25 initiative for the project titled “National Information & Media Archival Repository (NIMAR)”.

Important Details:

• Bidding Method: Single Stage, One Envelope (as per Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules).

• Bidding Documents:
  Interested firms may obtain the detailed bidding documents either by:

  • Downloading from the Ministry’s official website, or

  • Visiting the office of the undersigned on any working day.

• Document Fee: A non-refundable fee of PKR 50,000 is mandatory for participation and must be paid as instructed in the bidding documents.

• Bid Submission Deadline:
  All bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on June 16, 2025, at the address provided below.

• Bid Opening:
  Submitted bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.

• Bid Security:
  Each bid must be accompanied by a valid Bid Security, as specified in the bidding documents. Bids without the required security will not be considered.
