The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), through the office of General Manager (Coord.) Power, XEN ACP/PD Building Circle, invites well-reputed consulting firms and consultants to submit their Request for Proposal (RFP) for professional services related to the upgradation and major renovation of the HVAC system at WAPDA House, Lahore.

This consultancy assignment will be awarded based on Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) with a ratio of 80:20, under the single stage – two envelope procedure, on a lump-sum contract basis.
