The Engineering University Employees Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., Satto Kattla, Lahore, invites sealed bids from qualified and eligible firms or contractors for the following project:

Tender Title:
Supply, Installation & Commissioning of a 100KW (Package 1) + 20KW (Package 2) On-Grid Solar System with Net-Metering

Project Overview:

• Installation of a 100KW On-Grid Solar System at EU ECHS Phase-1

• Installation of a 20KW On-Grid Solar System at the Society Office

• Complete net-metering integration, full commissioning, and system handover

Important Instructions for Bidders:

• Tender documents can be obtained from the Society Office located on College Road, near NFC Society, Lahore.

• A non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 must be paid in cash at the Society Office to receive the tender documents.

• All bids must be accompanied by earnest money amounting to 2% of the total bid value. This should be submitted in the form of a CDR, pay order, or bank draft payable to the Engineering University ECHS. Bids submitted without earnest money will not be accepted.

• Bidders must hold valid AEDB and PEC certifications and be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) as active taxpayers.

• The deadline for submitting bids is 11:00 AM on June 12, 2025.

• Tender opening will take place at 11:30 AM on the same day.

• Late, incomplete, conditional bids, or bids sent via fax or email will not be accepted.

• The Society reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without providing any reason.
