Municipal Committee Warburton invites all interested individuals and registered contractors to participate in an open public auction for the rights to collect revenue from the following contracts for the fiscal year 2025–2026 (from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026).

The auction will be held on June 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the office of the Municipal Committee Warburton. All eligible participants are encouraged to attend in person and take advantage of this valuable opportunity.

List of Available Contracts

Terms & Conditions

1. Auction Participation:
   Interested bidders must attend the auction in person at the specified date, time, and location.

2. Deposit Requirement:
   A refundable security deposit (Call Deposit Receipt or Treasury Challan) must be submitted before the auction to be eligible to participate.

3. Identification:
   All participants must present their original computerized CNIC at the time of bidding.

4. Eligibility Restrictions:
   Individuals or firms blacklisted by any government body, including former TMAs or Town Committees, are not allowed to participate.

5. Contractor Registration:
   Only those contractors/firms who are registered with the Municipal Committee for the year 2025–2026 will be eligible to bid. A copy of the registration certificate must be presented at the auction.

6. Firm Participation:
   If bidding on behalf of a firm, a partnership deed and an authority letter must be submitted before the auction.

7. Auction Authority:
   The Municipal Committee reserves the right to reject any bid without assigning a reason.

8. Security Adjustment:
   The amount of the security deposit may be adjusted or increased based on the final bid at the time of auction.

9. Fee Revisions During Contract:
   If the government revises the applicable fee rates during the contract period, the contractor will be bound to comply and pay based on the revised rates, including any additional security as needed.
