Scope of Work

The contract involves the supply of a Digital Elevation Model (DEM) with the highest available resolution for use in mapping and land system enhancement under the PULSE Project.

Important Dates & Information

• Bid Submission Deadline:
  Bids must be submitted no later than 11:00 AM on June 26, 2025 to the address listed below. Late submissions will not be entertained.

• Bid Opening:
  All bids will be opened publicly on the same day, immediately after the deadline, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend.

• Bid Security:
  All bids must include a Bid-Securing Declaration as provided in the bidding documents.

Eligibility & Guidelines

• The bidding process is open to all eligible bidders as defined under the World Bank Procurement Regulations (November 2020 edition).

• Electronic submissions are not allowed.

• The bidding documents are available free of cost and can be downloaded in English from the official PULSE project website under the Procurement Section.

Disclosure Requirement

As per World Bank guidelines, the successful bidder will be required to submit a Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form to ensure transparency in contract awards.
