The undersigned invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists for the supply of various items on a FOR (Free on Road), Islamabad basis. All bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and maintain an operational office with telephone and fax facilities.

1. Tender Documents:
   Can be obtained upon a written request on firm’s letterhead addressed to the Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad, along with a bank draft or pay order for the tender fee. Cash payments are not accepted.

2. Submission Requirements:
   All tenders must include a 2% earnest money of the total bid amount in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.

3. Issuance Restrictions:
   Firms with a history of non-compliance or failed supply against previous orders will not be issued tender documents.

4. Delivery & Deadlines:

   • Tenders must arrive before the scheduled opening time.

   • Tenders received after the deadline will not be considered.

   • The envelope must clearly state the tender number and due date.

5. Validity:
   All bids must be valid for at least 60 days from the date of opening. Bids with shorter validity will not be accepted.

6. Document Integrity:
   Tenders with cutting or overwriting will be rejected.

7. Payment Terms:
   Payments will be made after complete and satisfactory inspection of delivered items.

8. Authority Rights:
   The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any stage, without assigning any reason.

9. Dispatch Options:
   Tender documents can also be sent by postal mail, fax, or email, upon request.

10. Bank Draft Requirement:
    The original bank draft must reach the procurement office at least one day before the tender opening date.

11. Tender Document Deadline:
    The last date for issuance of tender documents is one day prior to the opening date.
