• Well-reputed and registered Manufacturers, Sole Agents, Authorized Dealers, Suppliers, and Government Contractors

• Firms must be registered with both Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments

• Firms must appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)

• Mode of Bidding: Electronic, through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS)

• Website:  www.eprocure.gov.pk

• Bid Submission Deadline: July 3, 2025, by 11:00 AM

• Bid Opening Time: 11:30 AM (Same day, half an hour after closing time)

• Manual Bids: Not accepted under any circumstances
